The Number of Monkeys

Just logged on and see that Zaadz, as of this moment, has 99,000 members. When I first visited this site, there was less than five thousand. Now I know that numbers don't mean anything, especially when we are talking about age or how much money we have or don't have, and yet numbers do end up meaning a lot after all. Don't they? One hundred thousand zaadzsters is starting to feel like those fabled 100 monkeys, the ones who learned a new skill and then somehow all the monkeys caught on. There is definitely a critical mass function in society, where events accumulate to a tipping point and once that is reached, things are never the same again. With a tip of the hat to Kurt Vonnegut Jr., I would like to take this opportunity to say to the Zaadz community and all those on the planet at this time: Welcome to the Monkey House!
